- Check and clean lubrication and cooling system
- Clean and check the lubricating systems, change filters
- Clean the hydraulic tank and replaced the filters
- Check the spindle belt, encoder belt, Axis belts
- Change the Gear oil (ATC/Turret)
- Check electrical loose connections on panel board
- Clean limit switches
- Clean or replace cooling fans to control and clean spindle motor fan
- Inspect pneumatic systems
